Orey offers totally and partially enclosed boats, free fall boats and rescue boats, as well as fast rescue boat davits, slewing davits, ships davits, offshore davits, free fall davits, vessels davits and telescopic davits.

These boats are designed and tested in accordance with IMO/SOLAS requirements (MED 96/98 EC) and are available for cargo vessels or oil tankers. They are made of galvanized steel AISI 304 or AISI 316, depending on the exposure to which they are subjected.

• Totally enclosed boats: it offers optional devices such as lateral bow thruster, VHF radio, cabin heater, humidifier, EPIRB, SART.

• Free fall boats.

• Partially enclosed boats: transport capacity between 65 and 150 people.

• Rescue Boats: They have a maximum crew of 20 people, with capacity from 1025kg to 1655kg. These are available with or without engine, diesel or gasoline and the tank allows to keep the boat floating even when flooded or in case of stocking. It has a maximum speed of 20 knots.

Orey provides davits that can be activated inside or outside the boats through a serial remote control, allowing the release or removal of rescue boats in a safe way and in accordance with IMO/SOLAS requirements, Directive 96/98 MED and LSA Code.

• Rescue boat davits: With load between 1300kg and 3200kg. These davits are available in absorption impact system version and constant voltage version.

• Slewing davits: Can have optional equipment such as base, cradle, fast lifting winch and converter.

• Ship davits: With load between 6000kg and 17500kg, depending on the model chosen. Removal of the boat is made by electrohydraulic winch.

• Offshore davits: With load between 6000kg and 17500kg, depending on the model chosen. Removal of the boat is made by electrohydraulic winch.

• Free fall davits: Fitted on the stern deck, with a launch ramp, winch and hydraulic unit. The ramp has sliding blocks which allow a smooth acceleration. These davits have a capacity of 45 to 95 kN.

• Vessels davits: Suitable for work boats and small vessels. Have a maximum load of 5000kg to 12000kg.

• Telescopic davits: Suited for boats and small vessels. Provide a space saving and can be delivered in two options, with single or double arms. They have a maximum load of 1800kg to 12000kg.
